They absolutely screwed up our entire order. We had two online orders, and everything was wrong. I had a large mocha latte, they gave it to me in a medium and looked at me sideways when I asked them to fix it. We ordered four boston creme donuts and we got four donuts thrown into a bag, all stuck together and NONE of them had filling. All dry. In the other online order, we had a mocha latte and a caramel latte, we got two mocha lattes. Labeled correctly on the stickers, but made wrong. We also had a plain chocolate donut and a boston creme. They were both thrown in a bag, stuck together, and the chocolate donut was actually a cake donut, and that boston creme also had no filling. They were rude and unresponsive and messed up our entire order. Absolutely will never come here again.

I know we came at 8:30pm and the store closed at 9pm, but to only have 3 doughnuts available for sell is unacceptable. The store received 3 stars only because they had coffee, which I might add was good.

This location has gone downhill!! Not only was my bagel burned my sons bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich had no bacon on it.

Not only did it take a hot minute for them to take our order but I was charged for 2 larges when that’s not what I asked for and then told I’d have to wait for a refund. Since they took so long to take my order there was now a line out the door for coffee. The first set of frozen mocha coffees were almost black so they remade them and I thought they were fine since they looked right but low and behold they weren’t even coffee it was hot chocolate so we left and now I have to make another stop to get coffee from somewhere else. I’m a regular dunkin customer no matter where we go but this was absolutely ridiculous not worth the wait or money. Do better
