Took a chance on a Google search and was NOT disappointed for lunch. Just like the title says, family friendly. Soul food and more. Tasty food, friendly staff. Recommend the chess pie. It's a small restaurant but we were there for lunch and it wasn't busy ( Tuesday).

First time checking this place out and it was really good. Cost is consistent with other meat and three restaurants, everything was fresh and the staff was extremely friendly. Not a huge dessert person but the strawberry cake is incredible. The owner (Jeff) spent a few minutes talking to us and is very personable. Definitely going back again in the near future.

The real deal home cooking meat and 3. Absolutely delicious! Highly recommended. They have great desserts too but you probably won't have room for it. If you leave this place hungry, it's your on fault.

Man I love supporting black businesses but this one was just not it… I’m convinced this is one of those places that doesn’t give a ** about delivery orders so maybe that’s where I screwed up… First, beware this is their “Big Juicy Burger” LOL a joke, no wonder there’s no pictures posted anywhere of it. Two pieces of soggy buns and a fat slab of grey hamburger meat. Next, the mac and cheese, I tried my hardest to finish but it was like soupy Kraft with an overwhelming amount of pepper added or something. Lastly, and the peach cobbler :( I ordered the large size and it was somehow only filling and like six bite sized pieces of peaches and NO CRUST. Not even sure how that is possible. I originally ordered two of this item but never got the second one and honestly I’m glad I didn’t. I had high hopes after reading the reviews and I don’t normally post reviews (pretty sure this is the only one I’ve written) But I’m hoping someone sees this who needs to!
