My driver side mirror was broken in a parking lot. I was very upset and called Preston Mazda after having difficulty with Martin Mazda in Newark DE where I purchased my car. I spoke with Lexi Roberts. Lexi was extremely compassionate and empathetic. Thanks to Lexi's empathetic, compassion I felt relaxed and calmed down. Prior to the phone call I was crying over my broken mirror. Lexi explained what part I needed and the process of delivery and payment. It was an extreme pleasure to speak with someone who not only knew her job to perfection she was extremely customer orientated. I wish there were more people out there like Lexi who have a full understanding of their job and the capability to handle customers in a professional manner.

Great car and pretty straight service. Fast and to the point. The salesman Cody Stevens was personable and seemed like a good person not just a robot trying to force something down your throat. My credit is fairly new and they still got me a great rate.
