Quality good but no two people give you same answer. First oil change 7500 miles per sales rep, manager and service myr. Get a call to do every 6 months or void warranty? Change oil every 4000 miles? .. (Its not main car )That's a ridiculous expense

just started looking for a used car. Went over there, spoke with a sales associate there. Told him if I was situation. He was very nice and very helpful, Was not pushy whatsoever. Unfortunately he didn't have what we were looking for in stock but will keep an eye out for us. Hopefully, maybe we'll be doing some business with him in the future

DO NOT BUY ANY CARS FROM HERE. Extremely disappointed and most unprofessional dealership I’ve been to by far. I have previously owned a Mazda 6 sport that I leased from them and wanted to buy a new CX-30. I spoke to Marcus Barnes about purchasing it through the bank and got the information needed to give the bank. I mentioned that they didn’t add the warranty on the car, which I didn’t want to pay for anyways so I was happy they forgot it. Therefore, Mr. Barnes claimed the manger forgot to put it on the papers for the bank so I can buy it without it. I called the following morning from the bank and Mr. Barnes said they sold the car after I left the day before. So my sister spoke to a different dealer hours later to see if they really sold the car and the dealer told her he wasn’t sure but the manger is right next to him, so he’ll ask. He got back to us and told us a person just put a deposit an hour ago. Which means they still had the car when I called at the bank and because they made a mistake they decided to LIE to me and say they sold it, along with moving the car from the front to the back. I wouldn’t recommend Mazda to anyone anymore. Just plain LIARS!
