After watching customers come and go and having an appointment, I went to check if my car was ready. Sat for 2 hours for an oil change, and the cashier said it was her fault, and the car had not even gone in for the oil change. Who knows what happened, but I know I will not come back .

Pohanka Salisbury is case in point why car dealers have such a terrible reputation. Condescending sales personnel, finance office shenanigans and general dishonesty. Shop with care folks and have a keen eye for the details.

Got my vehicle serviced back in August. Everyone was so nice. When I accidentally dropped my ipad, my service rep was so nice in assisting me. Great customer service means so much.

Yes there is one by the service entrance.

I own a 2018 Toyota Corolla and want to get into a venza under 5 a month my payments are always on time can you make this happen for me as soon as possible .

I just purchased a new TACOMA with an extended cab. It did not come with rear jump seats. Can I add one now with the Toyota service department?
