I’m actually from the fort Walton beach area but moved to Mississippi almost a year ago. I was looking forward to going on vacation so my boyfriend booked us here. When we first walked in it smelled. There was a stain on the cover. Went to check out the bathroom the tub was stained with hair in the tub and on the shower area. I tried to make the best of it since we’ve already paid. So I chose to go to the store to buy cleaning supplies, air freshener and candles. We got up the next morning to go to Destin. When we returned around almost ten that night, our room was not attended to. No maid service nor clean towels. I literally had to go to the office because the employee wasn’t answering the phone. As I’m there, another guest show up basically complaining about the same thing. Dirty, wet, stinky room with no maid service or clean towels. They had a stupid note trying to blame COVID for not offering guest service unless they asked. Just an excuse for poor service. That doesn’t cut it with me. Please do yourself a favor, if you have standards this hotel will not work for you. Don’t waste your money here. We spent over 500 for an awful experience. I would rather had spent an extra 60 dollars for a clean and comfortable room.

Positive: Front desk service were very accommodating. I¿d like to point out (2)staff members made you feel welcome and comfortable. House keeping staff: - went above and beyond to make sure we had adequate towels and clean blankets. Negative: Breakfast: More options- temperature of food was ¿Lukewarm ¿ at best and juice¿s & coffee were so watered down- preferred nothing to drink.

Positive: Was extremely clean, even though older hotel it was redecorated and bathroom floor was tiled and clean. AC worked well and linens were clean. Negative: Continental breakfast was meh but they usually are no matter where I go so it wasn¿t a big deal. I only visited once to check it out. Not much negative to say about this place. Great value.

Positive: The person I was staying with at the hotel and the staff was absolutely incredible too!!! Definitely worth the time want money spent!!! Negative: The room wasn't perfectly clean but it was clean enough and I enjoyed my time there so so much!!! And the staff was great and very helpful!!! He needs a pay raise
