Unlike some other dental offices, Aspen gave me options on what I was needing done which was I needed mine pulled, all of them, n are going to do so but a lot of other dentist wouldn't pull all n try to convince you that all didn't need to be pulled n just pull the worst ones but all mine are bad n need pulling n Aspen allowed me to choose to have all pulled n false teeth put back in n from whT I can tell it'll get done fairly quickly so I'll be able to eat the foods I like eating n not have to eat like soups n things you can just swallow without chewing n with me that's not very many things.

My wife left here (Aspen Dental in niceville) in tears - avoid use unless you are wish to be humiliated and belittled. My 6 year old son has just attended a routine check up and some issues were correctly identified including a cavity. The manner of the 3 staff whilst informing my wife of this information brought her to tears. Not because of the issues highlighted but the aggressive, belittling nature of the staff. Zero empathy shown for a mum of 3 doing her best following a pandemic where dental check ups have been limited for all. We will never use this practice again. Having had 5* experiences at other aspen clinics they should be mortified at this post. Treat people as you would like to be treated. This is the first review I have ever left any business in my life. Truly disgusted.

You quote me on the work, you do the work, I pay you, you tell me that I'm paid in full. Three weeks later you send me an $800 bill. You tell me my insurance didn't cover it but you thought they would, now whose fault is that? Is it not your due diligence to check and see what insurance covers before telling people how much they pay for what you do? Now you send it to collections to hurt my credit? This is not how you do business. We had this discussion on the phone. I will be sure to never recommend you to anyone because of the way you conduct yourselves professionally.

Staff was extremely friendly! Not judgemental at all! They helped me out TREMENDOUSLY! God bless this company & the wonderful people! Much love for them all! ❤ Safe to say I'll finally be able to get my teeth fixed after almost 2 years of getting denied and having to pay out a fortune everywhere else!
