Called and made a reservation through Wyndam told them that I had a registered service dog which they stated was not a problem. They told me that we would not be charged that the hotel is Pet Friendly for dogs. I clarified with them that my dog has documents and is a large dog. They told me no problem. After checking out I received a $50 fee. Called the hotel and they told me it was because the housekeeper stated that there was hair in the room and that nobody told them that we had a service dog. Called this morning and was told that pets are free again but now stating that we didn't tell them we had a service dog. Not only was this an issue the hotel was so moldy you can smell it in the halls and in the room. Should honestly be shut down.

Go anywhere else, I would have rather slept in my car. This place is disgusting. The hot water didn’t work, and the TV didn’t work. Room was not clean. Dirty towels, dirty sheets. We complained to the manager but he pretended he wasn’t the manager and said the manager wouldn’t be back for several days. Every time we call the manager is”not there.” Also no one is ever at the front desk so at check in and check out we waited 40 minutes for someone to show up. Room smelled musty and disgusting. Room was extremely over priced!

This is a creepy place. No-Tell motel. Norman Bates behind a bulletproof window with a slot: "Give me your ID and a credit card." Then he disappears for ten minutes. They booked me into the wrong room. A smoking room. But they could change it if I wanted to wait another ten minutes: "Sign here. If you don't like the room, you can stay somewhere else." I told this remote-control robot that he was in the hospitality business. He told me that I was outside - "arguing" - and he was inside. The room? TV didn't work. But the robot giggled the wires when I caught him repairing a coin-operated washing machine out in the alcove, next to the taped-up ice machine that dripped water. They shut the cable down at midnight. (Save money) I missed the last ten minutes of a movie I'd been watching for two hours. I could go on. Lobby is locked. No coffee in the morning. (Makes life easier...for "them") Take it or leave it...

Check in girl was so great! Room was clean. Was a full house but yet my room was quiet. However the heat did not work. I was alone with double room. Glad because I needed both beds bedding to keep warm. Hot water lasted maybe 4 minutes and the shower curtain was too short and displaced so all water ran onto the floor. 109$
