The room was clean, the staff friendly & helpful. The mattress was comfortable, nice linens, and decent pillows. Only complaint was the noise from the air conditioner.

Horrible! Do not stay here! Costs my family over 300 dollars for one night. We were on the 2nd floor. The walls are paper thin, the noise level from other guests is the loudest I've ever experienced. We told the front desks and even tried to get a refund b4 checking out to go to another hotel at 1am. We were given a mist spray and ear plugs. You could even hear the level above walking etc. At the front desk. Do not stay here.

Wonderful location 1st of all. But I am reviewing now due to the exemplary customer service of Cynthia, the assistant GM at the front desk. Not only did she help me maximize my IHG benefits but also walked me through the new improvements for the future. Also, the room is great too. Thanks Cynthia and Holiday Inn! 10 stars! Joseph G.

Our stay was wonderful. Couldn't have ask for better. All staff were very courteous. Breakfast was great, many choices. Comfortable beds clean rooms. Areas around hotel were very clean. No problems with us having our fur babies. Just an all around very nice and comfortable place to stay.
