I like Starbucks and have been a loyal customer for years. Customer service is lacking at this location. I waited 20 minutes for a cold drink while the 4 people who ordered after me received theirs. Manager, please hire some more people and train the current staff. I prefer to go to any other location then here but sadly this location is closest to me.

Very rude, unpleasant employees. They humiliated me, if there is minus star for review, I will give minus five stars… since today I closed my account with Starbucks, also it was my last visit at Starbucks.
