Absolutely horrible mail service. Everyone in my neighborhood has been losing mail and/or it's been delivered to the wrong address. We have all been missing mail and delivering it to our neighbors when we get the wrong stuff. I had a very important check that's still missing!!!

Very easy in & out service. Almost never more than a 3-5 minute wait, if there even is one.

We need more people like Keva! She was so wonderful and helpful. I came in 10 mins before closing ON A FRIDAY and she was so friendly and delightful. A visit to the post office can be stressful, but not with people like Keva behind the counter.

Looking at all the bad reviews I was scared before I even walked in. Had a nice experience buying stamps for our wedding invitations. They were very helpful and asked questions to ensure we were buying the right stamp for the envelope weight.

What was the last scan? If it was actually scanned arrival at unit it should be returned to sender forward order expired. Quickest would be to have Amazon resend the order

You can do it yourself through the mail. If you go to USA.gov and search "renew passport" it will give you step by step directions.
Sign up for informed delivery. You'll get pictures of your mail that day and info on your account.
The boxes are accessible 24 hours
You can bring your id to the post office and ask them to look up your address for any change of addresses that have been submitted. They will need to see your id to make sure it is you for your protection.
You can call the post office and they can send maintenance out to service the box if it is owned by the post office. If it is not able to be fixed you will have to take identification to the post office and they will issue new keys and have the lock replaced.
Training new carriers, and the mail volume has increased.
File a claim , online.
And size... If you don't know the weight then you probably want to use the generic mail boxes that if it fits it ships
