The first two times I used this car wash, I had no issues. It was quick, and the vacuums worked well. I was done quickly. The last couple of time I TRIED to use them, the lanes were blocked off at 5:30pm (October '22). I know of at least 5 other wash places (called to check) that are open, with some open as late as 8 or later. If I can't wash after work time, you lose my business. Very dissappointing when the time listed for closing is 8 or 9pm at most places online!

It's so frustrating coming here anymore. Either they're closed or they are down to one lane that's backed up 5 cars. I used to love coming here because of how quick it was, now it takes up to 30 minutes just to get a car wash. Will be canceling my membership soon since there's no point keeping a membership I can't use.

Unfortunately Zips Car Wash no longer has the same level of service Speedy Bee did. Those with rear window wipers be aware, they no longer tape the wipers down. Found out the hard way today when my was snapped off. Asked the attendant about it and he told me they no longer tape them down. Account of several years has been CANCELLED. Thanks Zips 😡 And your lame responses to other posts validates the point that you all lack any semblance of customer service.

I had been taking my car here for a couple years prior to it changing to Zips. When it was Speedy Bee I never had an issue with it being closed. Now today is the 4th time in the past couple of weeks I've attempted to go here and this location is closed, no information as to why or when it will be back. This is in middle of the day so not sure what the issue is. I will be canceling my membership and looking elsewhere. I'm really disappointed as this location was convenient and a good value. I can't justify spending money on a place that's never open, seemingly for no good reason. Shame on you, whoever is running this.
