I rented from a lot of car places and so far enterprises has been the best but Car rental policies change way too much!

While the initial vehicle I made reservations for and reserved I immediately received a call from TJ at the Springfield, TN location who explained that it was not available and due to spring break alot of their SUV inventory was rented. He quickly offered alternatives that actually worked better than the Suv. TJ went above and beyond making sure I was picked up on time (the driver was friendly) and that the vehicle was clean with fuel and ready to go. This was my first experience with this location and i found all the other office workers extremely friendly. I was in and out in no time thanks to the awesome customer. I will be returning for another rental in a couple of weeks!

We've rented cars here a couple times a year for the last 8 years. Never a bad experience! Not one time have they let us down in any part of the process. Can't say the same for the times we used the Clarksville and Nashville locations though 😂 those were headaches. Cars here in Springfield have always been clean. Quick service for both picking up and returning.

Dana was wonderful! She made sure she took care of me as quickly and efficiently as possible. Even when there were hiccups she made sure to get me a vehicle as soon as possible and walked me through every step. I returned the vehicle early and again she made sure each part of the process was taken care of and made sure that I was satisfied with my vehicle. Finally, at the return of my vehicle I did not have a ride to the auto-shop that was fixing my car: Enterprise took care of me immediately. Even though it was 20 minutes away, storming outside, and near closing they still took the time to drive me to the auto shop that housed my car so I could get home safely! The young man that drove me was kind, friendly, and made me feel safe. He took the time to brighten my very difficult day. I will definitely being using Enterprise in the future and recommend it to others :)
