Lowes is truly slipping in customer survice. You can never get an associate for help and if you are lucky enough to find one, they are completely clueless as to the store they work in. It's sad to see a great company like Lowes that once prided themselves on customer service, to become like so many other retailers who don't prioritize it.

Purchased a John Deere riding mower Friday with a delivery on the following Sunday from 8am to 8pm. That Sunday at 9am I called and associate said he wasn't sure but to call back at noon. At noon a lady said no deliveries on weekend and I asked for a manager. Manager said no delivery, couldn't even do it on Monday but maybe Tues. or Weds. She said the computer changed the date and that's why no-one called me to indicate a problem. She said she would call me back, 5 associates and hour later, I'm still waiting on my 2500.00 lawnmower and a delivery date. Pitiful customer service !!!!

Young Man offered his help stayed with us to the end of our shopping. We bought a base cabinet and cabinet top and a small deep freezer. Today from Lowe's. People more like him. Would be great but unfortunately is not. Most of Lowe's people can't tell you where something is used to be. But All in All we got a great deal And with a nice person to help us.

I brag about Lowes all the time. This place is fun an then some. Look at that solar hummingbird feeder. It's gonna be so cool. Their bird houses are so cute. There was a problem. Every hummingbird feeder I wanted I couldn't reach. I was like wth. I'm not calling for assistance when I can easily step on a low shelf an get it. That's against the rules. I hate it. Lemme get my stuff an go. I got some of the coolest stuff today. I don't even know where my bird feeders are. 😂😂 I never made it past lawn an garden an was there for 2 hours. Y'all it's just fun. Of course I always learn something. Today I learned MEN ARENT ABOUT FUN WHEN YOUR PREPARING FOR CAMPING. OR IN LOWE'S. It's all good. Fun is happy 😁
