This hotel is not clean! If you appreciate a clean room, stay away from the Natchez Hampton. No AC in the elevators and it was stifling hot. Very unpleasant stay.

A/C didn't work, home phone didn't work either and last the toilet was clogged. Tried to call the desk on my mobile and was told that there is no service at night. Room # 307 on May 20th. Will not stay with you of my choice.

Positive: The location. Negative: The toilet and tub wasn't clean, toilet near the floor. Spoke to staff about my award points never received it. Staff wasn't friendly, the air wouldn't work when mentioned to staff nothing done about it. The breakfast was poor.

The ladies at the front desk were awesome. The cookies they offered us when we checked in were delicious! Our rooms were clean and comfortable. It was easy to control the temperature. We had plenty of towels and wash cloths. The lobby and eating area were clean also. We ate breakfast our second day there and there was a good variety and the food was good. We have another trip planned to this same town in November and I've already booked our rooms at this same hotel for that trip.
