The detour due to the main road in being closed is a bit long not exactly clear and the roads are narrow, round and perhaps a bit dangerous, definitely wouldn't want to get in after sunset. Site had good water, electric and level pad. Washer and dryer in the bath house. Bathrooms were clean, shower ok. Nature trail is in pretty poor condition & bridge out but no water so it was passable - just a little muddy durring my stay. Nice lake, looks like great fishing. Park Ranger pretty great.

Pretty park with a lake. The playground is for small children. There is a very nice pavilion with a fire pit and picnic tables. The dock is broken and you can't go out on it. The bathrooms are clean. There are campgrounds here. You can fish and boat here as well. The roads you take to get to the park are horrible. They're torn up with tons of potholes so be cautious while driving to get here.

Beautiful park, concrete RV pads, old but roomy, spotless & ACed bath house. Would have been five stars except the temporary access road due to work on the regular entrance road is from HELL!

The scenery is gorgeous, and the park is perfectly peaceful! We stayed in a cabin and the view from the back deck was beautiful. The geese, the water, the enormous green trees and no guests on either side of us made this getaway a true delight. The fixtures, carpet and furniture in the cabin are old and worn, but we were quite comfortable and everything including the cold AC and refrigerator worked properly. There are no bells and whistles here, but if you like nature and enjoy solitude, you will absolutely love this hidden gem.

They are replacing a bridge on main entrance so could be closed most of summer. The alternative road is rough so be careful. Don't rely on your Google maps either. Common sense and own judgment will get you there.
There are no signs that say they are against is, just be careful and I would suggest asking at the main building
Water electric and a dump station.
Permit draw hunts, you must have applied in advance to be able to hunt.
Their website will have the cabin prices.
The bass near the marina were loving my yellow spinner
