Horrible customer service. Incredibly long wait times only to be told your meds are not ready when promised. Very disappointed. Will be seeking another pharmacy.

I requested a refill on Monday and stopped by on Saturday to pick it up. I was asked to come back 15 minutes later as it wasn’t ready. I asked why as it had been 6 days since I entered the refill request and the reply was, “I don’t know. We are very backed up.” No apology, no nothing. Unacceptable to not have a refill ready after 6 days. This is the second time this has happened after starting to use this pharmacy a mere few weeks ago. I’ll be moving my business elsewhere. Very disappointing experience; both customer service wise and given this being a national chain with all resources at their disposal to deliver the best patient experience possible. Update: my last prescription with CVS, which was a controlled item that my new pharmacy declined for transfer, was requested on a Saturday. I noticed days later in the app that it still showed pending. I tried to call the store three times, on hold for a total of two hours with no one ever answering. I then went into the store Friday to pick it up—seven days after requesting—and it was still not ready. I had to wait 80 minutes for one, thirty count script to be filled. The main pharmacist is rude and showed no empathy or care. You would think a pharmacist contributing to a patient lapsing on their medication would be a concern, but she exhibited no feelings whatsoever. I tried to engage CVS Corporate and they refused to help me, telling me to deal with the store directly. You would think they’d be interested in hearing and addressing feedback regarding their pharmacies, but apparently not. This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used and will never use another CVS again as a result.

If I could review this pharmacy without giving one star, I would. This is the absolute worst pharmacy EVER!!! Please choose any other pharmacy in the area. They don't care about the customer. Their hours are 8 am -4 pm with an hour long lunch break in which they close for that hour. If you work during the day, prescriptions are impossible to pick up. Their drive thru is closed at all times on any given day. They are ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! And I'm being generous. I'm sending an email to corporate about their lack of empathy and service to their customers.

I am a new resident in this town. COVID-19 has caused major disruption in this pharmacy. The hours are so sporadic. It seems as if the only way to get prescriptions filled is to physically go to the store and wait but that's so unsafe when the people waiting To be serviced in The pharmacy are LIKELY carriers of communicable diseases. This is a horrible situation because if you have an "on the spot prescription" for a new illness it takes days to get it filled. I finally reached someone and my medications will be filled today by 3 and I was notified that the pharmacy wk close at 4. I don't drive and I can't get anyone to pick k the medicines up until after 4:30! This is a disaster! CVS should pay hourly staff more!
