The refrigerator and gas in the kitchen do not work well because they are very old and have expired, and we asked to repair or change them, but to no avail. In addition to that, there are mice in the house and they did not send a team to fight them. We hate staying at home

I had a terrible experience with the Depaul Management company. However, my experience with the Wissahickon Park Apartments was superb. They moved me from one apartment to another. Pat and staff were A plus for me. The maintenance staff is limited on what they can do as Depaul would have them working at other properties. They are hard-working, yet stretched out in their duties. Again, I do not think they should be penalized for things they had no control for.
