I always choose Dunn Tire as a service destination for my car. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. I asked how long service would take. I was told about an hour. I was waiting for my car. My car was taken in around 11 my appt time. The actual time service took was close to an hour and a half. Everything I asked to be done was completed. I’ve been going to Batavia Dunn Tire since it opened. The overall appearance of the showroom and waiting room is disgusting. There were flies flying around. The floors are dirty. The ceiling vents and light covers are black and full of debris. The glass on doors and windows is dirty as well. The waiting room chairs have seen their fair share of use. I didn’t use the restroom as I didn’t need to. There was a vacuum sitting out. But I don’t think any actual cleaning has happened in quite some time. When my car was ready I signed and paid and left. I felt as though I needed another shower and to wash my hands. That’s how dirty the place is.
