PG Capital Management Group is a Registered Investment Advisor. We work on a fee-only basis and do not offer commission-based products. This provides us the flexibility to build your financial plan and investment strategy without interference from outside sources. Our management fee is calculated as a percentage of the value of a client’s account(s) per year. Fees are payable monthly and deducted automatically from the portfolio. We use a standardized scale to generate this percentage fee, which ranges from 0.50% to 1.50%. Some of the services we offer have a fixed or an hourly rate.

PG Capital does not invest in real estate per se. However, we occasionally invest in real estate through a wide range of financial products such as Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), Real Estate Investment Groups (REIGs), or Real Estate Mutual Funds. We also advise on and recommend real estate financial products to certain clients for investment portfolio diversification purposes. In general, you should not consider us as a real estate investment company or fund.
