Google is showing that both Lansdale and the Hatfield PO on Sumneytown pike has the applications
Two ways. Go to US Postal Service website and set up a vacation hold. Also, i strongly suggest, go to your local Post Office and get a yellow request to hold mail card. Fill it out and give it to your Postal carrier.
Go online and fill out a forwarding address form. It may be called a change of address but it has an area for temp forwarding.
