Why can’t zero starts be a thing??? This place use to be open @8 am. Doesn’t matter you’ll still spend upwards of 30min in a line to simply pick up a package or buy two stamps. Least favorite place on earth. Yes traveled.

I understand some people don’t like their jobs but that is 0 reason to treat customers like their an annoyance. These women working today made the entire lobby uncomfortable, you could cut the tension with a knife. I’ve never been employed by the Postal Service so when I go there trying to figure out how to mail documents certified I expect help… not irritated workers behind the counter. I walked out without finishing my mail. I won’t ever use this post office again.

You are going to need your original state issued birth certificate which contains one of your parent’s name on it and a current photo id or drivers license.
What day can I renew my passport
Yes make an appointment. They take pictures there for a fee. I believe you just need a photo id. Most likely a driver's license.

No! Renewals are something you do on your own, all you need is a passport picture. (you can get them anywhere)
Appointments only for Saturday passport. 10am-12pm. Appointments are made on the USPS website only
