We recently moved into the Retreat at Iron Horse. We chose this place because it feels like a resort. We love the vibe. From the moment we entered the retreat, we were greeted by Kevin who has walked us through each step of the move-in process. He has been so kind and welcoming and patient with us. Thank you Kevin. Recently, I met Kelvin who works with Kevin. He too has been nothing short of fantastic. These workers at the retreat definitely make all the difference in the world. They make this resort feel like a home.

Looking forward to moving into this community. Kelvin gave us a tour of the place and has been very helpful throughout the entire setup process. The apartments are new, modern, and well-kept. Along with the apartment itself, the location, dog park, gym, pool, and BBQ area/fire pit sold us on Ironhorse.

We moved into our apartment in January of this year... We couldn't be happier. When we first inquired we were greeted by Rawan and she was a big reason we moved forward with leasing our apartment. She was so kind and helpful in every step of the process and so welcoming. Three months later we can't say enough about The Retreat At Iron Horse. The staff is always helpful, the facilities are beautiful and it truly feels like home to us

This complex is one of the best places we found to live in Franklin and couldn’t be happier to live here. The amenities including the pool/grills, fire pits, gym and clubhouse are a great addition to the complex. The grounds are well maintained and any issues we have are handled promptly by the maintenance team. Everyone in the office is friendly and easy to communicate with!
