I wish there was a ZERO stars option. I stopped in the Sunday afternoon before Memorial Day. I ordered a mocha blast. I immediately noticed that the drink was white. It’s supposed to be a chocolate color. I tasted it and it tasted like nothing. I explained to the boy that it did not taste right. He insisted I was wrong and that he made it correctly. Then he said, you want me to throw some chocolate syrup in it? I left and ultimately threw it away. Six dollars including a tip and it was awful. I don’t recommend anyone go to this BR.

In at 8pm 7/12. The kid with glasses was working on his own and doing a great job… his coworker however was literally laying on the counter on his phone. Shoes and all… very lazy. Not helping him make our order or the few people in front of us! Give the kid with glasses a raise, replace the other one. The woman in front of us even handed the kid that was working the tip and said don’t split it but he still put it in the jar to split! Good kid. Deserves better help.

I ordered a cake for a birthday celebration. I told the girl at the counter that I wanted it to look exactly like a cake in their cooler. It had to be made since I wanted a different ice cream in the cake. When I picked up the cake it looked nothing like what I wanted. The one I wanted had pretty light pink roses on it with a pale pink “icing”. I was told that the owner’s wife does the cakes. There were hot pink large swirls where the roses should have been and the cake color was a deep pink. In short it was quite tacky looking. The young man working called his boss and was told nothing could be done. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing any other cakes from this or his other locations and I suggest others do the same.

Friendly staff, Ok quality ice cream, fewer options at this place than what you see online on their website. Feel ice cream flavor are diluted and not true to it's nature. Place could be maintained more cleaner and add some quality flavor options.
