This is the worst bank every, horrible customer service, I tried speaking with the branch manager for the 3rd time and she is always busy when I call or the supervisor always has an excuse for transferring me with a manger! I thought the bank suppose to help us and care about us branching with them, so far this bank is the worst!!!!

Very horrible service! The only bank I've ever heard about that can not transfer funds from one account to the other.then they sent me too another location that was not a resource 1 bank only to be told they can not do my transfer for that bank.very upsetting! Ive never had any problem with any resource 1 banks til today at this location.my first impression of this bank was not a good one at all.i don't recommend it.

Paid off auto loan in 2018, to this day never received the title and found out the did not file paperwork properly. Worst bank and very unprofessional staff. I would never recommend anyone to use this credit union. Constantly, received different information from person to person. Staff not properly informed and very rude and some of them are aggressive and ghetto. Also Lanka Miles is aggressive and unprofessional. Did not disconnect the call and heard her gossiping to Kianna. So unprofessional!

Hi Judy. We do offer mobile deposit through our app. You just need to have our app installed and then apply for mobile deposit access. Once approved you are good to go and deposit your checks on the go.
Yes. Resource One offers notary services free of charge as a perk for its members. There is a fee for nonmembers.
