It’s surprising Kroger is willing to put their name on this store. Understaffing is the biggest problem. And it’s been this way for minimum 3 years.

This Kroger is touch and go. Sometimes it's not so great, and other times it's fine. It was really upsetting to me that they just decided to close the money services over 2 hours early, of course this happened on the one day that I walked almost 3 miles there mainly for a reason in the money services. Otherwise, store structure and the atmosphere mostly just depends on who is working at the time.

Had a hundred dollar bill, went to checkout my groceries and the cashier made me go to the customer service booth , leave the line, hold up the other customers behind me, to break the 100 $ bill. And I said I was buying groceries. Cash means nothing anymore! Very upset!!!

This location is an embarrassment to Kroger. It is the filthiest grocery store I've ever set foot in. I felt like I needed a shower after I left!
