So I am currently at this Kroger I purchased a bag of chips the other day and opened them today only to find out that they are stale. I look at the date and notice the chips expired in July but are still sitting on the shelf for sale. so come to the customer service desk to return the chips as well as some other items and they are telling me that the guy is on lunch for 30 more minutes and that I have to stand here and wait 30 minutes I have requested a manager which I'm also being told that the manager is busy and he cannot come as well so I guess I don't understand how you have customer service and you don't have someone to relieve the person at the desk so your customers have to stand and wait 30 minutes for a product that they purchased in 2 mins to be refunded!! I am highly disappointed, I come to this store all the time but I have never had to use their customer service desk and I hope that I don't have to use it again ever

Yall open at 6 am and caint never have milk stocked i seen pallets in the back why smh 🤦🏻‍♀️

Today, October 2, 2022 @ 11:46 am, I purchased a box of 'Knorr Chicken Bouillin cubes' (6 large cubes) & spent $29.00 on items all for a Chicken soup. Got home, cooked my soup & eat a bowl & as I was eating, I was looking over the box of cubes. I was SHOCKED to see the EXPIRATION date was Dec.15, 2021! 9 months these cubes have been on their shelf EXPIRED! I called up their, spoke to a Manager & I held on the phone while he supposedly removed the EXPIRED boxes! He tells me the boxes were not rotated. So these cubes had not been rotated for 9 months! He merely offers a refund! They better pray that I don't get sick! I have no SPLEEN & a very low immune system!

Manager gave me multiple microaggressions over a price check. Said I was lying and practically stealing. Black women went to check for me to prove him wrong (he never apologized). I got my stuff discounted but now I screenshot any price discrepancies (just in case folks wanna tussle) Now they close up early so do shopping or preplan last minute errands before 10pm or waste your gas driving
