I come daily at least 3 xs a week to help maintain and keep clean a family members place. Don't understand why company can't park in the parking spot in front of their own rv if they don't have a car why can't company park in that spot? Everyone of the rv spots has room for one car yet if you don't have a car you still can't have a car in the spot you pay rent for. ... yet the manager is aloud to park in the lot next to them even though they don't have car either, hypothetical and two faced . Given out warnings and red flags to be kicked out just cuz it's a control issue that they have. And been given authority isn't suiting for people like that . I believe if ýou pay rent and a parking spot and you don't own a car you should still be able to use it for company specially if you are handicap or your friends are they should not have to park outside the park to check on friends or family..... this is unjust and un fair to the ones without cars or family That are / have handicap or elders for friends or family. Need to be re- checked and dealt with in a better manner.

Hen I first got here from being a bar tender, cook and then prep cook next door my visits every so often only allows me to rate it at a2.5 do too coped up and or congested pop. The lake seemingly simular also does not provide justice for the means, but over the last eight too nine years my stay here is has been misleading lyrics comfortable, my own fight within, So, I am sure that as 2.5 works forward and or too and from that the overall alternative makes it a perfect garden of eden , a 5 and a zero or zero and a five and a special thanks too all those involved being here with all the opportunities and loyalties that the environment and help provided from 2,4 Elsa and 4,2 litigation and last but not least my extreme NBC all 4 one and 1 for all ,alone , one can only do so much and everyone should know by now there is no hunting or fishing in city limits

Arrived about 16 years ago at BJ WALLS I Still live there it's the best place to live I've Ever found and I met my soon to be wife There ! Can't beat the rent 345.00 month Of course not including electricity from may Too November 50.00 average to 67.00 December to April close to100.00 dollars a Month or less depending on how much you Use propane 21.00 for a 5 gallon propane tank fill 4 to 5 tanks a month together 105.00a month or electric heater about 65.00 dollars to a hundred a month depending on how much you stay home Will be moving on to another place soon And I'm going to miss this old place we Called home UNDER the old oak trees in BJWALLS trailor court of nice California

It's more than $200. My dad's rent was $504 that included the electric. Electricity varies month to month. Some space's will run a lot more. Don't use the shower's unless you want to share it with frogs and their poop. All the toilets were broken the last time I seen them. And the bathroom key is $10 a month. Unless you have your own bathroom in your trailer, go across the street to the bar, or around the corner to the park. No minor's. And yes, nothing older then 2000 I believe. Most of the people are OK, but some you wouldn't have at your dinner table.
