Honestly I wouldn’t have given one star but I had to to write a review. .My sister and I both take our animals taken care of here and because of this we will never take an animal to them for nothing! Her dog was in labor with green discharge and they told her it was normal and wait three days and after three days she called and they told her the vet was off til Monday! The first call was made on a Tuesday so my callback was on Friday as soon as they opened because she had had one dead puppy and that’s what they said oops sorry he’s off till Monday what kind of care is this?

They have no loyalty or compassion...my cat, who has been their patient for 15 years( his whole life) needed an emergency visit, they agreed that it was an emergency and told me to get him in somewhere else, quickly. But told me that they were too busy to see him that day!!! What!!! Even after we begged.That was terrible. Luckily we got him into the Sparta vet..they were awesome..The cat is getting better.
