Played on 9/6/22. The course was in good condition. Greens were good! We didn't see a beverage cart during our round and temperature in upper 80's. Outside staff wasn't the friendliest!

Brad Simpson is an amazing golf instructor. I highly recommend spending 4+ hours with him to improve your game. He provide great visuals and easy to implement adjustments to shave strokes off your game!

Really enjoyed playing Galleon/Clipper today! Staff was super friendly and helpful, and we even started before our tee time. Alligators and birds all throughout. Course layout was challenging and fun. A few holes need some fairway/greens work, but ultimately it was a beautiful round. Pace was great; 3 hr 50 min for 18. Will absolutely be back.

I’d like to give this place a good review but the course continues to be in horrible shape. I hear 10 years ago it was better but for the last 8 years it has continuously gone down hill. The tee boxes, fairways, greens and bunkers are all in poor shape. The fairways do not have grass. The greens are frequently covered in sand, grassless or covered in patches of crab grass. The worst part about this is the price. It was 70-80$ for 18 just a few years ago. Now it’s $150 before noon, $120-130 from 12-2 and than down to $80 after 2. This course isn’t worth $50. I’m not sure where the money goes but it is not to maintain the course. We play here due to nostalgia and this is where we stay but Golden Bear was much cheaper and in better shape. Last time I’ll be playing here. On a good note, clubhouse staff and drink cart staff were very friendly.

They also don't like when you take the carts into the parkin lot. Also, you can only have a cart if you are aging a round that day.
