Helpful staff at the front desk. Always clean and while everything is pretty pricey, the people are helpful at helping you pick stuff out. On the other hand, the techs are always kinda rude. I don't know if they're understaffed or what, but you will always feel like you're bugging them. I went to the shop a couple days ago to get a helmet and asked the guy at the front desk if he thought I should get new brake pads (to install myself) since they're making a squealing noise. He went to go get a tech to ask what they thought, and he said "well, you could leave your bike here for a week or two till we can take a look at it and charge you a bunch of money or you can fix it yourself" and walked away. Well first of all I hadn't planned on leaving my bike here based off of several reviews that claim they didn't do a super great job and charged a lot. Second, I didn't even ask if I could leave it there - I just asked if I should buy some brake pads to install myself. Anyways, overall it's a good experience, just take a left when you walk in and avoid the right side of the shop.
