I love all of the seasonal creations. They seem to do it right year round at Tonawanda's Niagara St. I'd be said to see them closed....I love the pumpkin pie & cinnamon roll blizzard. The summer usually sees unique creations & blizzard cakes are bangin as well

They need to train their employees better manner and etiquette. Always rude with customers specially the delivery drivers. They are bunch of racists too. I have checked ratings for all other DQ in Buffalo area. They all have good ratings and professional at their job. This store will lose business left and right if they dont change their empolyees asap. PS: A complaint was filled with the corporate too. If nothing is resolved the situation will be redirected to Better Business Bureau.
