I recently purchased a new bike here after not having one for many years. Nick was so helpful explaining different bike types, and options that were available for each bike. It was raining a lot that day so he had me take a ride in the shop (making sure I had on a helmet). There was an issue with the delivery, but he was very apologetic and supply chains are all issue everywhere. When I picked up my new bike he went over it with me, and was extremely helpful getting my bike carrier fitted to my car. He also recommended bringing the bike back in after it's broken in a bit to make sure everything is as it should be. I highly recommend them. They were very professional, friendly and helpful. I was thrilled to get my new, personalized bike!

My go-to bike shop now. I stopped in because my bike had an annoying intermittent squeak and the gears where not shifting well (they'd not shift up without me shifting twice up). I'd brought my bike to Burt's Bike and they could not figure out what was the noise or how to fix the gears after keeping my bike nearly ten days. They wanted to order some parts and replace the derailleur. Lucky for me they didn't have the parts in stock. I brought the bike to Northstar to get a second opinion. He rode my bike to actually her the noise, put some lube on a few places and made a tiny adjustment to my derailleur; FIXED! Didn't even charge me!! Wow, wonderful service, friendly staff. My heroes now.

Northstar did a great job fixing my sons bike! It was a quick turnaround and at a reasonable price! I highly recommend this local small business! Northstar is the only place I’ll go from now on with any bike problems. 👍🏼
