I randomly found this place when I needed a vehicle inspection. I had such a great experience and they were so FAST and friendly that I decided to go to them (instead of my dealership) for an oil change and air filter change and tire rotation. The whole thing took less than an hour even tho they had to order the parts for my Jeep. They gave me a coupon which brought the price down. THEN and most importantly...as I drove away from Midas, I realized that all of the annoying noises that my car had been making since I bought it a year ago were gone! Somehow it felt like they had tightened everything up! I had asked the dealership when I bought it second hand to figure out why it was rattling but they couldn't figure it out and also my tires used to make loud noises when I made sharp turns! Somehow, Midas fixed all this without me even asking them to! When they went in to change the oil and filter they must have tightened things up and fixed all of my Jeep's annoying sounds! I was going to call to thank them, but decided I would just right them a rave review. I will be taking my Jeep here for everything from now on. Also they are close to a ton of great restaurants you can eat while you wait and they have a cozy waiting room with adorable giant fish. Hands down, the best car repair experience I have ever had!!!

No one else would change my oil but I called Midas in Grapevine and they had no problem,fast convenient and friendly I would gladly recommend these fine auto mechanics.

Will not be coming back here, the ten minutes it takes to make an appointment doesn’t actually reserve a spot. If you come between the times of “ 5 and 6” like your appointment states you’ll be turned away and laughed at. Incredibly disappointing service, stay away from here if you value your time.

I cannot say enough positive things about my Midas experience. Up until today I had been going to the large Chevy dealer down the street for oil changes and tire rotations as they were part of a warranty package. They would typically take 90-120 minutes to complete, even with an appointment. Midas had me in and out in less than an hour at less than half the price the dealer quoted me on the phone for the exact same service. I'll be back for sure.
