I was on the road from Everett, WA. and needed a part. it was close to closing and they stayed a few minutes late so as I could get my part and keep me on the road. They went out of their way, above and beyond to help someone. This is why I use NAPA and not others. If you want great customer service and knowledgeable parts people NAPA is the place to go.

The service was very good. We were helped with a battery that was under warranty, which they replaced with no issue. The location is convenient to the interstate, however it isn't in the best part of town. That's not their fault, however something to consider.

I am a full time mechanic and have no idea what your trying to find. Try wording it differently or go for a full sentence maybe? I know you ford people are uneducated thats why you bought the truck but hopefully you can spell and know you dont need multiple spaces between words
