The tech was friendly and quick and the work only took about 15 minutes. What my wife was charged though was over $600 for the replacement of the flapper in two toilets. An unbelievable high charge for a simple, 15 minute job.

Mr G, our Baker Brothers technician did a fantastic job in replacing a set of faucets in our master bath, as well as replacing a set of aged cut off valves under the two sinks. It was a long job, but he stayed until finishing the job, left the area immaculate after finishing, and helped to control/minimize the costs of the what to us was a rather major repair. We've alway been impressed with Baker Brothers, and will continue to use them in the future.

Most times the flapper needs changing. You can look inside the tank to see if the round red flapper looks displaced or worn. I looked on you tubed.
