Decent, safe place for a good night’s sleep after a long day on the road. Bed was comfortable. Cleanliness 3/5. Hotel has that old damp smell when you walk in. The “don’t come in here or you’ll be terminated” sign visible from the front desk, and the “don’t touch or you’ll be fined $1000” sign next to the smoke alarm in the room were kinda tacky. Overall, fine for the price paid.

Not worth $139 for a senior stay Old, poorly maintained. Great people but old toilet did not flush, little things like no soap in the lobby bathroom. Poor tv, good beds though. Just not worth the cost

I knew this hotel was not going to be a good experience when I drove past a dumpster full of mattresses. The check-in staff told my husband that she didn’t really want to be at work because she had food poisoning. When we got to the room, the toilet handle was broken which made the toilet difficult to flush and once flushed the water continued to run. Strange given that there were signs in the bathroom that mentioned the hotel’s “greenness” and that laundry service would be provided once every 3 days during longer stays. The hinge on the toilet seat was also broken. The surround for the shower had begun to separate and looked disgusting. The doorframe was rusted and the door itself had water damage. The light switch plate had pulled away from the wall in the bathroom and instead of figuring out why they had run caulk around half of it. Given the appearance of the room so far, I checked the mattresses before sitting on them. While I didn’t find signs of any insects, there were yellow stains under the mattress pad. The sheets had greasy stains on them. There was one fuzzy brown blanket provided for the pull out couch. It had a chemical smell, so my husband requested another one. He was told that this was the last blanket in the hotel - another fuzzy brown blanket with a chemical smell. While he was speaking with the staff, the family that checked in after us checked out because their room was disgusting as well. If we hadn’t been on the road all day, we would have followed suit. The mattress on the pull out couch was the thinnest I have ever seen and there was debris folded in the mattress. The walls were marked up and dirty. When leaving to pick up dinner, I used the stairs. The carpet was filthy and worn. There were dried leaves all over the floor and spider webs with living spiders in every corner. Aside from the total lack of cleanliness, the Wi-Fi was unreliable and slow. The selection of television channels was nil. The air conditioner in the room also did not function properly. The next morning I purchased drinks from the snack stand. The front desk staff was more concerned with a money issue they had encountered from the night before than taking care of the customer in front of them. The card system was also not working, so the drinks had to be charged to my room and dealt with upon checkout. Do NOT stay here.

The hotel was easy access off the freeway, staff very nice and friendly, yes, the carpet needs cleaning but the rest of the room was clean and comfortable! My issues are with the other hotel guests that don’t care about other travelers and party all evening in the pergola and get drunk and clean their dirty boots on the stairwell at 11 pm on a Monday night, Fri night would be understandable . How can you all get drunk on Monday night and get to work on Tuesday! The whole world has gone to hell!!! Glad I’m retired and not dealing with you all!!!
