As grocery stores go they all could take a long look at Ingles. The parking was plentiful. A biggy with me... the carts... Unbelievable! So clean and solid as we rolled it along. What a pleasure, so smooth and quiet too. Like driving a Cadillac not a pinto! The entire store was spotless and totally stocked with product. The variety was also present, from the store brand to several different name brands so you have Big Time choices. And all the staff we came in contact with was super friendly and helpful. Sure wish we had an Ingles Market grocery where we live in Florida. If you get a chance treat yourself to a visit to a great grocery experience!

What a beautiful store loaded with choices. I worked with corporate Publix for a decade and this store puts their flagship to shame. Right on! Store manager; you rock and got a team who rallies that energy. Don't forget the kid trying to get in, new ideas are usually the most profitable. Try 1$ soup some day as a promotional to get regulars in more often. They'll always buy other stuff before they leave.

Worst Customer Service I've ever had. I spoke to management of the store several times. Of the front of the store as well. He said "we pride ourselves on our customer service". I said you ought to shop at Public's a few times. They do not know where their items are located and they do not know how to say thank you when handing me my receipt for $200 paid. They say "here ya go" Yup!!! Here I go....To Walmart a few times a week for three years now. Couldn't be happier. Great customer service and prices!!

If I could review without the stars I would....the kids in the deli are horrible! They want to play and joke around but when you place an order with the young guy who approached you, he tells you " oh, she got you" the young girl he was referring to was busy cleaning the meat slicer and said "no I don't either, you got her" they both went back and forth a couple times and I decided that I didn't want anything from there after all! The old store manager would not have put up with that mess at all!
