Awful awful awful! Do not give this place your business. Waited for over an hour watching them call person after person who came here after me. When I asked why they said “well you have a balance we won’t see you”. I told them I sent them a check the day before when I got the bill. The two employees at the front desk were absolutely awful, rude and should never be in public customer service. They said they needed “a check number” of the check I wrote. I gave the check number to them and they still would not see me for much needed blood work my doctors need in order to even see me. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THEY ARE NOT ABOUT PATIENT CARE AT ALL. give your hard earned money to a lab that cares about patients. Awful place. Awful people.

There are no instructions inside BSW/the professional building whatsoever to help you find this place. I've been wandering around BSW for several minutes trying to get ahold of anyone who can help me find this place, having to go in the wrong direction just to get help. Ridiculous. It would've been faster to drive to the Labcorp in Irving with how long this is taking.

The lady at the front desk (so sorry, I didn’t catch her name) seriously needs a raise! She’s amazing! I went in to get blood work done but, unfortunately, my doctor sent me to the wrong place. She did everything she could to help me. She was so kind & made what could have been an awful, frustrating experience not so bad. I also noticed that the staff got people in & out quickly! I’m hoping I don’t have to go back in anytime soon, but if I do, I know the staff would take good care of me.

Staff is rude as can be and this place is still pushing face diapers. Sad and pathetic.
