I have been waiting 5 days for a quote for a simple job I have been calling in and no response I guess I will have to go elsewhere this is not good customer service at all

Great place if you need waterjet services, they respond fast, give accurate quote, and complete project on time. They even took time to do a relatively small scale project, which some of the DFW WJ shops refused. Could not ask for more! Thank you!

Hello, Can you cut through silicon wafers with thickness of ~0.5mm? Please note, silicon, not silicone. If so, what minimum feature sizes can you generate? Thanks,

That is something we haven't cut before that I can remember. Do you have a print or drawing of what it is you want cut? We could cut you a sample just to see how it goes after seeing the print of what you want.
