Recently, I went inside to order a take out because the drive thru was so backed up. Little did I know... They were extremely short handed BUT Rachel was working the counter... Talking orders, filling orders and making fries. HUGE shout out to her. She kept her cool, very polite... The drive thru line was ridiculous. Took me 35 to order and get my food. Honestly, the supervisor should have closed the dining room and only serve thru. Gave 3 stars for Rachel!

Slow, probably because the guy at the window screwed up my very simple order 3x! Perhaps you could be more patient if they actually treated you like a customer instead of a prisoner.

If I reviewed them 1 year ago I would say 5 but there service is just getting worse. A friend of mine went through there yesterday and was just getting lunch and "fast food restaurant" Hello it doest take 45 minutes to get your food and well it did. Also the manager there was also very rude I should be putting a 1 star for this but still. There a whole lot more to this on what happened but I'm just telling the basics. Wendys used to be really good and now there service is getting worse. It was a 66 year old lady working the drive through and she made it really slow. And like I said the manager was really rude. All my friend wanted was his food and the manager threatened to call the police. The manager should be fired for that. Yet my friend did nothing and the manager did that.
