From the moment I walked into this beautiful office and met with Dr. Neinstein, I immediately knew he was THE ONE! The one doctor that could fix me and the only doctor that shared my vision and plan; minimal scarring with optimum results. Every step of the way he and his entire staff have been there any time of day to answer every singly question and calm any sort of fears or doubts. Dr. Neinstein truly loves his work and cares for his patients and it shows. I was blown away when he came to see me the morning after surgery to check on me and make sure everything looked and felt as it should. I am 4 weeks post-op and he continues to check in on me. I have never received such exceptional care from a doctor in my entire 39 years on this planet. My body has also never looked and felt as perfect as it does now. I would kill myself endlessly in the gym, but after 4 children nothing could ever quite get me to where I wanted. I am endlessly grateful to Dr. Neinstein and his entire team for giving me my body back and, more importantly, giving me my confidence back. Your talent and care are unsurpassed.

Soo happy with my service from Dr Neinstein and Nurse Tara! The energy and professionalism at the office is amazing. I came through a referral from a friend and already started telling my friends to go there, too

Questions & Answers

Hello, how much does the consultations cost?I am interested in lipo.

Carolina Hernandez | Nov 3, 2021
Ms. Belle | Oct 20, 2022

Hi. The fees posted looks fairly reasonable. I have consulted other extremely excellent surgeons and prices were far greater in NYC. Such prices ranged from $800 to $1,500. Nevertheless, these prices always go to the total cost of your surgery. Happy sculpting.

What are the risks of Liposuction?

Anna Sarro | Nov 4, 2018
Neinstein Plastic Surgery | Nov 4, 2018

Thank you so much for the question, all procedures have risk, luckily the chance of something bad happening with our technique is close to the chance of being hit by an asteroid. Our focus on details has virtually eliminated infections and blood clots. From time to time we see some scars that need a touch up or a lump and bump that needs a touch up! We can handle these quickly and timely in the office

Dr. Neinstein are you a board certified plastic surgeon? Other question inner thigh and arms Jplasma what would be min and max price range?

Lynn D | Nov 4, 2018
Neinstein Plastic Surgery | Nov 4, 2018

Thanks for the question! Yes I am a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. For specific pricing information please call our office and my staff will be happy to share with you the information you seek as the price varies depending on type of anesthesia, location of surgery, if you require vaser liposuction along with plasm etc. We spend a lot of time ensuring the price reflects the exact procedure for the individual as we want patients to have the best value experience possible. I look forward to meeting you

Do you perform liposuction on men? Asking for a friend.

Thanks for the question, typically in the United States men represent less than 5% of all aesthetic surgery patients. This is for a number of reasons. First most procedures were not created for men. Second, many men are timid when it comes to entering a plastic surgeons office and are concerned about scars and downtime. In my practice men represent about 50% of our surgical patients. My minimally invasive technique is ideal for men as it has virtually no scarring and minimal downtime. Since I specialize in this procedure men feel comfortable that I am not applying female techniques to them but a curated and crafted procedure for me. Men typically treat their love handles, abdomen and chest. These areas can be stubborn and incredibly difficult or even impossible to get rid off with diet and exercise. Men feel better and more confident at work when they can fit into their clothes better. This translates into a higher quality of life both at work and at home.

What type of liposuction do you perform?

Jennifer Bencharski | Nov 4, 2018
Neinstein Plastic Surgery | Nov 4, 2018

Thanks for the question, Tumescent liposuction is a state-of-the-art procedure for advanced minimally invasive liposuction cases. When liposuction was first invented, procedures were performed in a hospital and these procedures often required lengthy hospital stays and even blood transfusions. However, with time, the technology and techniques used in liposuction surgery have evolved to enable surgeons to do things safer, better, faster, and easier. Tumescent liposuction is the culmination of many of these advances. We use ultrasound technology (VASER) to melt fat and preserve blood vessels and connective tissue and Plasma energy to tighten skin. This is the most advanced combination of liposuction technologies available combined with my obsessive gentle slow technique of removing the unwanted fat which is more sculpting than anything else!

Hi Dr. Neinstein, How long after you get the liposuction procedure do you have to abstain from exercise? Thank You in Advance!

A Google User | Nov 4, 2018
Neinstein Plastic Surgery | Nov 4, 2018

Thanks for the question as this comes up a lot. There are a number of different factors. 1) It depends on the type of exercise 2) Depends on the amount/extent of liposuction 3) Depends on how fast you want your final results. I will break it down for you 1. Light cardio such as elliptical/ walking on a treadmill/ cycling is usually tolerated at 10 days or so. More intense or aggressive movements like bootcamp/yoga/cross fit/outdoor running requires about 3 weeks due to pain/swelling 2. The more aggressive the lipo and the more areas covered the longer your body will be sore and "leaky" meaning when you exercise and the blood pressure goes up (normal with exercise) the areas of liposuction will swell 3. Some patients go back to exercise quickly because its so important to them ( I get it, I workout everyday, its hard to let go of that feeling). I do tell them they will get the same final result but will likely take longer to get there

Do you have to go to sleep for liposuction?

Jennifer Schwartz | Nov 4, 2018
Neinstein Plastic Surgery | Nov 4, 2018

Thanks for the question, with my minimally invasive technique most patients do not have to go to sleep (rapid recovery). Typically we give some oral medication (valium and percocet) so people feel relaxed, I personally make the numbing solution tailored to the individual based on their weight. Once inside our fully accredited operating room I gently place the numbing fluid into the area to be treated (some people feel pressure). Than through tiny little incisions I melt the unwanted fat, remove it, and tighten the skin. The patient is talking throughout the procedure. Once finished the patient is placed in a garment and walks out. We have a great full time lymphatic massage therapist Lizzie who helps speed up the healing after surgery, I have found patients love this unique holistic approach to healing. If patients desire large procedures or prefer general anesthesia a board certified general anesthesiologist can be brought in at any time! Dr Ryan
