Our appt was 13:30. Arrived at 12:45pm. Dropped trailer because we have pets. Called 2 times but trailer was not loaded. They finally called us to pick up trailer at 22:30.. 9 hours is utterly ridiculous!.

If I could give this place 0 start I will. if you are a driver PLEASE DONT get a load from this place.My driver was there for 12 hours to get loaded.There were hispanic People with a really bad attitud just talking and not working. Not consideration at all for the drivers.They just don't care.WORST PLACE EVER.!!!!!!
