This place turned my life upside down in a matter of a day because they messed up! I've never in my life felt so little and uncredited for as these woman made me to feel and I did not 1 thing wrong. I had been a patient there for 3 years had clean drug screens and put my time in that is the little time I had a counselor. I had 5 different counselors and the there were always different people. They cannot keep nurses or directors. My advice is to not even try here. Just keep driving to the next place bc I'm sure anywhere is better than this place. I'm in contact with a Star Telegram journalist about this place and I am going to do what I can to expose this place.

The absolute worst place I have ever gone. Stay away.

IF YOU GO TO THIS CLINIC AND ARE FED UP, CALL TEXAS HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES, BAYMARK CORPORATE OFFICE, CARF INTERNATIONAL AND YOUR STATE REP AND COMPLAIN!!! I PROMISE SOMETHING WILL BE DONE IF WE CALL AND COMPLAIN ABOUT THE CLINIC AND THE DIRECTOR. This clinic is all about money since the new "director" was hired. They only care about charging as much as they can to your insurance. The clinic Dr. is all over the place. He punishes clients for smoking cannabis so you have to go in everyday and that means they can charge your insurance an office visit everytime. It's sad that 8nstead 9f getting treatment we are being punished. Trying to get life back on track but is next to impossible to do this when you have ti go in everyday and now with this new "secutity guard" there causing trouble, being disrespectful, giving clients the finger, and threatening to take clients takehomes. She hasn't even been there 2 weeks and already has received a pile of complaints. Tried to get a hold of corporate to complain but they don't seem to care either. After posting this review, I am probably going to get some sort of retaliation from the clinic.

The new director has ruined this clinic. The director is responsible for the overall functioning. She hired a new security guard that is obviously a friend. The place now feels like a probation office or jail. She literally tries to control which chair people sit in. There's new construction that looks great. But it takes over an hour just to dose. Since these women have been here, the quality of care keeps getting worse.. It literally takes over an hour to dose. It used to take no more than 10 minutes. All she accomplishes is upsetting They balance. She is only person with a problem. They have recently stopped screening for alcohol, which does interact with methadone and does cause respiratory depression. But they continue to screen for weed. This is done for only one reason, money. They bill Medicare and Medicaid for an office visit everyday a patient doses in the clinic. It doesn't behoove them to give take homes. NEVERMIND WHAT IS BEST FOR THE PATIENTS. I encourage everyone on the clinic to contact you State Congressman. Hopefully they won't retaliate for my writing this. But ethics is not a priority. If you need help with opioid addiction go to a different clinic.

The important thing is making sure he wants help. If he's not ready it won't stick. Just call down there and ask to speak to the director! He's really kind and can explain things. I believe the intake is $50-70 and after that it's $10 a day for the medication and once a month there's a random UA that's $30 But you should just call and ask about the pricing. It might be different since last year, if he can get Medicaid there's no cost.
Medmark has saved me from my addiction. I DO NOT get high or feel high when I take methadone but it does take away my cravings for the heroin I was stuck on for 10 years. I don't feel like it's trading a drug addiction for another, it's more like finding a medication that takes away the thought of ever picking up heroin again. Yes methadone is physically addictive but I would much rather be addicted to it and have a real life where I can be successful rather than being in the street suffering every day. Hope this helps.
You have to set up an appointment to intake
Stay away. I have seen so many people get screwed trying to do this.

Sorry, I have never heard of it. Wish I could help
They accept many insurances and there are grants you can apply for. If you call and ask to speak to someone about receiving treatment there they will have you speak to a counselor who can give you more information regarding grants and payment options.
