Drivers must be 4'8"" or taller. To be a passenger only you must be 3'4" or taller
$6.00 but it's only 5minutes but I take my little girl and race her every time and it's fun. It's worth the money if you enjoy racing.

Not really sure about MPH, but with speed and track conditions, you fast enough to easily spin out in the corners just from momentum if you drive careless. Pretty much momentum drift the cart around all the corners.
