Excellent place to go for Christmas lights . One side the kids can run around and go through the light tunnel. The other side has a light display with music and nativity scene. No cost.

It's outside, I wouldn't see why not. Probably should be on a leash but I don't remember seeing any signs that said no. Check the website to make sure.
No, it ran through the last day of December, but the lights/lantern festival at Koka Booth in Cary runs until January 13th.
No they have donation boxes so you can donate if you like. It's worth a small donation. The light show is absolutely beautiful and well designed, for the space.
