October 2022 Thursday 11 AM tour We had read about this place several years ago and finally had an opportunity to take the tour. We made reservations and paid online. Arrived ~ 30 minutes early. Checked in by Leticia who was most welcoming and friendly. She also leads tours, but not ours today. Our one hour tour was led by Cindy. She was friendly, informative and entertaining. What a fascinating real life tale of visions imagined and fulfilled thru the hard work and dedication of Baldassare Forestiore. If you ever have an opportunity to make this tour - GO! You'll be glad you did.

There is no food served at the gardens. There are plenty of fast food restaurants around the gardens. The tour last about an hour long and I found it very interesting and informative. This place was built on lots of sweat by one man over decades of his life. I found that the cost of $20 was OK, I really liked Forestiere Underground Gardens. It is up to you to decide if it's worth $60 for 3 people to go.

For the 2018 season, our prices are $17 for adults, $15 for seniors, and $8 for children ages 5-17. 4 and under are free. Prices are subject to change.
Our tours begin at the top of each hour, and are offered in between as well. The tours are all first come, first served. When you arrive you are placed on the next available tour. Our hours are 10 am to 4 pm, with the last tour at 4 pm. We are open April through November each year.
No - we are an open air museum and offer a one hour guided tour through the rooms, courtyards and grottoes of Baldassare Forestiere. As such, we do not have dining facilities or food available on our property. However, we have rented the facility for private events in the past. Please see our website for more on the nature of the tour and to give you a better idea of the historical site.
At this time, we are limited to street parking on Shaw Avenue -- which is our front entrance. We also recommend our side streets Cornelia Avenue and Forestiere Avenue.

You can do one tour for all your 31 guests, but they will be split in 2 small groups of 16 or 18, each group heading in a different direction and then finishing up at the same time. Hope it helps, enjoy your tour, it's a beautiful place.
