OWNER IS RUNNING SCAMS. I filed a police report, court sup and restitution is in the works effective today. It’s my sole goal to make sure I get this theater shut down and the owner sued. MOZZY “Hellgang” concert 10/30 in Fresno never happened. A long line stood out the theater, all to find out Mozzy made an appearance the day before but that the concert we all paid for never happened. The owner is fully aware of an active fb website and uses that and 2 main promoters to wash his hands. Theater has recently been scamming people posting concerts that never happen. Some will be legit and some won’t be, and I quote “I’ve been seeing this happen a lot recently here and I don’t know how he’s getting away with it fr”. From Chicago to LA, went straight back to LA the same night (3.5 hours). Eventbrite running scams is one thing because apparently this is a frequent thing, but the fact that the AZTECA OWNER CONFIRMED THE CONCERT … I’m now highly motivated. I will be getting a court subpoena to have the owner held accountable. I don’t even care about the money at this point. My next step is actively filing with members of Fresno’s City Counsel. As a professional business woman, I’ll be diligently seeing this through 😉.
