I ordered a number 3 with extra onions and extra sauce. They put extra sauce on my burger for sure. But it is super hot. It's not the normal sauce that they put on that I requested. I have acid reflux and I can't even eat this. The lady had asked me what kind of sauce and I said the regular sauce that comes on it. Ketchup or whatever it is. And they put some really hot stuff on here. And I don't have enough time on my break to go back. I don't get off until 2:30 in the morning and it's only 9:15 now.

Very true, employees always have a hostile attitude towards customers and if you want to report an incident they don't answer the phone and send the call to the voicemail that is deactivated or full, total, you can't complain about the store.
I'm not sure, but you can alwayd ask to talk to the Manager, surely he'll help you out. Hope this can help.
