Very clean good staff.

I went to see Smile, there were 7 children under 13 running around the theater the entire time. Their mother sat all the way at the top of the theater and laughed while they did this we spent half the movie looking around to see why the kids were running around. Guess its best to go when kids are in school on a weekday

Terrible experience, large groups of teens in a rated R movie with no supervision. Huge disruption to entire theater, throwing concessions and yelling loudly through entire showing. After asking management to address halfway through movie, a resource officer walked in and said/did nothing to address the situation which continued. After the movie a large group confronted the manager who offered no solution but a voucher for a free movie. Entirely unpleasant experience all around.

Clean and staff is super friendly! Pop machine is definitely in need of some work.

Seniors get 1.50 off every ticket after noon. Before noon early bird tickets are 5.29. Senior discounts apply to any Senior, any day.
This movie may not come to Michigan City unless it opens Nation Wide. I saw that it is showing in South Bend at the AMC theater.
Look up AMC 14 Michigan City, it will give you movies and times.
I dont know what that is, but you can ask anyone at the snack counter.
Easiest to do on line at AMCs website. The staff at our AMC were not real educated about it, but I hat was back when it started last summer or fall.
Depends on the time you gi, your age, etc. Check website.
After 4pm, teens with a student ID...as well as college students...receive a discounted ticket. 12 and younger would purchase a child's ticket.
$6.69 after tax (excluding fathom events and $5 Tuesdays)
I'm not sure but you can check out the AMC website for more information.

All you need to do is bring up the AMC app to present your scan code or you should receive an email which provides it. The ticket attendant has the scan reader once you enter the theatre!
Yes, all movies here at the theatre are current! They will have a showing for Spider Man Far From Home the evening prior to it's release!
June 25 and 29 at least that's what it said on their page.
I'm not 100% on this, but I'm pretty sure you can go into the theater prior to the date of your ticket and do an exchange! If it's after your ticket date of issue, I would call or stop in your local theater for an exchange!
Not if you use the kiosk
It's currently not being shown at this theater.
The website has a complete list of all movies showing with accurate times as well
They usually have a 3ish show everyday. I go about 15 minutes before it starts to buy food. Weekends sometimes have earlier shows. I buy in advance and am a member, free, not paid member. Very easy and you earn points.
I believe it's 8$

In the winter they tend to have different show times due to the lack of sales
No, you can find the full list on their website and by calling their number for listings tho. 🤗
Check their schedule online, on the app or by calling the theater and listen to the pre recorded message
Yes
There is a senior discount all day, every day! It's generally 1.50 less then the adult price--just ask for a senior ticket. The exception is early bird pricing before noon when all tickets are 5.29.
Depends on the theater. In Michigan City it's $7.99 for regular movies. $3.50 more for 3D.
The movies are booked into each theater by the corporte office according to what is popular in the demographics of that area. If it is given an Oscar nomination, MC may get it for a short time. It is showing in South Bend, which isnt too far away.
These movies are once a month and you can get a schedule of which movies will be playing online or sometimes, at the theater. Sensory friendly movies do not include previews, lights are not as dark and sound is not as loud. It is understood that some of our younger guests may be talking or making sounds during the movie. This is an environment designed to let them be who they are and enjoy their movie! REGULAR SHOWINGS OF THE SF MOVIE SELECTION ARE ALSO OFFERED AT THE SAME TIME for those who would prefer to see it in a traditional setting with previews, etc.
Movies are booked at individual theaters by corporate office based on demographics. It looks like this one is only playing at 2 theaters in the Chicago market so it may be a "limited release". When it becomes "nation-wide", especially if it wins the GG, it will probably come to our local theater!
We don't sell the popcorn bucket at Michigan City, however, if you purchase it at a theater that does, we will honor it.
There is always a senior discount. The age for seniors is 60.
Check with Fantom Events!
Yes, an animated film from Sony Pictures, called The Star. 5 and 7:30pm shows.
They have standard seating but the Cinamark 14 across town has nothing but recliner seating.
We only open early on weekends (Sat and Sun). When school is not in session we will open sooner.
